| Could Electric Fields in our Homes Cause Cancer and other Health Problems?? | | I have read this many years ago, but there must be lots of people who don´t know it yet.
All electric equipment, tv, radio, electric clocks, waterbeds and so on have a transformator and that causes an electric field around them.
In the article I read, they advised all to keep such equipment at least 3 meters or about ten feet from your head, especially when we sleep.
Electric clocks are very common and often rather near us when we sleep so better exchange the clocks to those that have batteries in them.
Has anybody else heard this??

| Heating blanket safety | | An electric heating blanket can be a nice, warm comfort during the cold weather months if properly used and maintained. There are two types of blankets — underblankets (also called heating pads) that are placed directly on the mattress, and overblankets, which are treated like other blankets you'd snuggle under. They are not to be used interchangeably or at the same time. Most manufacturers advise against using a heating blanket on waterbeds, sofas, bunk beds, or mechanical beds. | |
| | Waterbed anyone? | | I used to have a California King waterbed. It was awesome. Anyone out there been on one? How did you feel in it? Did it put you to sleep with the waves? | |
| | My husband bought one of those miracle foam beds will it help | | Or is it another failure like those water beds that were recommended years ago and which we also bought and is sitting down in the basement?
On Ssturday, we go our new Miracle Foam bed that my husband ordered during the week because he has a bad back. Now me it did not bother me, only that the top was too high and it was hard to put the sheets tucked under - they would come loose, but he heard that they were good and since he could not even sit down on the couch and only on something that has a hard bed, he decided to get one of those Sealy Miracle Foam Beds.
Now I want to know is if these are as good as they say they are, do they really help people with bad backs? | |

| Did you have a waterbed when they were popular? How did you like it? | | I don't think I ever paid as much for a piece of furniture as I did for my water bed many years ago. It was one of the best and when you were on it you didn't even know it was a water bed except for the fact that it was the sleep I had ever had. Not only was it comfortable but it was such a nice looking bed and I was so proud of it! lol.....the things we do right? Back then I was living with a guy and sex was awesome on that waterbed and something I'll probably never forget. Before this the old fashioned spring type mattresses were still out so this was a big deal to me.Have you ever had a waterbed or tried sleeping on one? What were your experiences with it? | |
