Christopher Eccleston or David Tennant? Of the two actors to play The Doctor in the new version of Doctor Who, which is your favourite, and why? I preferred Eccleston, as I found his character more mysterious and, well, deeper. Tennant is a capable actor and I still enjoy the show, but... Which version of "The Five Doctors" is best? The Five Doctors was made into a Special Edition in 1996, 13 years after it's original broadcast. It features about 10 minutes extra material, updated special effects, and surround sound. The question is, which version is better, the special edition... Has anyone ever seen a lost episode? Some Doctor Who episodes from the 60s were destroyed by the BBC in the 70's. The Dr Who Christmas Special I just finished downloading and watching the Christmas Special, The Runaway Bride. It was awesome! The fact that it was longer than the usual episode was a nice bonus. I have missed the Dr. so very much. I can't wait until he comes back every week... Doctor Who Finale I just saw the Doctor Who finale for this season on Sci-Fi. I really liked it although the ending was a bit sad. I knew eventually they would get him a new woman or some sort of sidekick but I liked Rose.
